Getting to & from Pushkar

Pushkar is located 11km from Ajmer, the main transport hub for getting here.

By Train – The railway station at Ajmer connects to all major cities and towns. From Ajmer it is possible to get to Pushkar either by bus, auto richshaw or taxi.

By Bus – Alternatively, private and government buses travel from Jaipur to Pushkar as well.

By Air – The nearest airport is in Jaipur from where private cars with chauffeurs can be arranged from local hotels.

Getting around Pushkar

Pushkar is a small town with everything built around Pushkar Lake. It is possible to get around Pushkar on foot. If necessary, auto rickshaws can be hired from the main road.
